 I struggled with weight loss after my children, I just couldn’t find the motivation to get moving and stay consistent. I’d try so hard for a couple of weeks, sometimes months, start to make progress only to go fail and put it all back on again. I felt like I was on a diet for 3 years solid and I hadn’t lost a pound.

It took years of study and experiments to come up with the perfect formula to weight loss.

I realised without removing the negative emotions, poor self image and bad habits it was impossible, no matter what diet I tried.

So went to the Chinese Buffett this evening after not eating all day at work. The old me wouldn't have wanted anything to go to waste and would have easily gone through plates and plates of food until I felt ill. The new me had two small plates of food, fruit for desert and only ate until I was satisfied. What is happening to me?
