Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Krystyna Lennon Hypnotherapy, we strive to provide exceptional care to all clients. To ensure fairness, availability, and compliance with UK consumer law, the following policies apply:

1. Appointment Deposits

A deposit of £100 per session is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your appointment and reflects the time reserved exclusively for you.
Deposits are non-refundable unless the session is cancelled by Krystyna Lennon Hypnotherapy.
Treatment Plans: Once a treatment plan has commenced, the £100 per session deposit is non-refundable for all remaining sessions within the plan.

2. Appointment Cancellations or Rescheduling

24-Hour Notice Requirement: Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late Cancellations or No-Shows: If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or if you fail to attend your session, the full session fee will be charged, and your deposit will not be refunded.

3. Package Cancellations

7-Day Notice Requirement: For cancellation of a package, a minimum of 7 days’ notice is required. This allows sufficient time to cancel and reallocate future appointments.
Refunds for Packages: Refunds for packages will only be issued if the cancellation is made before the package has commenced and within 14 days of the purchase date, as per UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Once a package has started, no refunds will be provided.

4. Online Programs and Non-Refundable Packages

Packages that include online programs (e.g., the Delete Method™, Procrastination to Profits, Hypno-Thin) are non-refundable once started. This policy is in accordance with UK law regarding digital content.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Krystyna Lennon Hypnotherapy reserves the right to consider refunds or rescheduling on a case-by-case basis, in compliance with UK law.

6. Your Rights

This policy complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Clients have a 14-day “cooling-off” period for package purchases made online or over the phone. However, if services begin during this period with the client’s consent, no refund will be provided for services already rendered.
